TWILIGHT STORE

 

Welcome to the Twilight Store!

 

Here you will find information needed to sell your fan made items at the event. Please

note that we will not sell any items that have copyright protected images or logos such

as actors, actresses and or Mrs. Meyer herself.
 

Thank you for expressing interest in selling your Twilight related items in our retail store.

We are exited to bring a variety of items to our fans and to help you make money

doing so.

 
Please make sure that you read the rules and regulations carefully before shipping
any items as we want to make sure that your items ship safely and that we are able
to keep track of your sales.
 
1)  We will provide you with copy sales slips and inventory control sheet so that we

     know what you have in the store.
      •  Each item, quantity and price will need to be listed on the inventory control
         sheet so that we know what you have in the store.
      •  All sales slips will need to match your inventory control sheet word for

         word. If your control sheets and sales slips do not match up those

         items will not be put in the store.

 

 

EXAMPLE:  

 

Quantity:  1

Item description:  I love Edward T-shirt

Price:  $20.00
 
      •  All sales slips will need to be attached to each item. We will leave it up

         to you how you attach your sales slips as all items are different, but

         you need to make sure they are secure and will not fall off. If the sales

         slip does become unattached we will do everything we can to reunite

         it with the item, but cannot be responsible if unable.

 
 

2) Shipping
 
      •  All items will be shipped at sellers expense, including any items not sold that we ship back. You will need to send return

         postage with your item or we can take the shipping cost out of your sales. If you choose to take the cost out of your sales

         and you do not sell any items you will need to send shipping payment before your item can be shipped back.
 
      •  We cannot be responsible for the loss of your item during the shipping process.  We would suggest insurance.
 
      •  If any items are taken without our permission during the event you will be reimbursed for that item
 
3) Payment/Taxes
 
      •  Payment will be in the form of a check. Please make us aware who you wouldlike your check payable to.
 
      •  No tax will be applied to your total sales. It is your responsibility to report your sales to the appropriate officials
 
      •  You will receive a copy of each sales slip and the control sheet along with your payment.
 
      •  Please note that if you plan to sell items in the store you will need to follow the link below, print out a copy, sign it and mail

         in with your items.
